Job Description :
- First level (L1) helpdesk for 30000+ users across the globe would be calling over phone/mail.
- Need to work in EST time zone. (5.30PM – 2.30AM) OR (9.30PM-6.30 AM)
- Location of Work : Bangalore
Desired :
- Good in communication both verbal and written
- Should be able to understand US accent over phone and maintain good telephone and mail etiquettes
- Positive aptitude and open to continuous learning
- Proficiency in working with computers and office applications like Microsoft, etc
- B.Com,BCA,BSc,BBM
