M PHARM PROJECT DETAILS
A prospective study was done on 50 patients who fulfilled the inclusion criteria and had diabetic foot ulcer. The study was done in the surgery Department of RAJA MUTHIAH MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL (RMMCH), a 1210 bedded tertiary care multi specialty hospital attached to ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY, impact of patients counseling was studied on 25 patients taking the other 25 patients as control group for a period of 6 months.
Both pre counseling intervention and post counseling interventions where considered in order to calculate the impact of patient counseling in respect to there knowledge attitude and practice
