Job Title : Associate – Operations 

Experience : 0 – 1 Years 
 
Job Location : Chennai 

Job Description :
The Associates are responsible for the accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of financial data.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of work in a cost effective manner Execute on-line updating of customer records Interact with external clients and multiple groups within Fidelity (Client Managers, Auditors, Telephone and correspondence Representatives, Telesales, New Implementation Managers and Operations Managers)
Contribute to the team environment and overall effective services provided to Fidelity’s client base.
Take initiative to undergo training to enhance their individual job performance High quality of work with a strong customer orientation 

Desired :
Graduates (BBA, BBM, BCOM, BCS, BSC Only)
0 – 1 year of BPO/Audit/Accounting/back office/Customer service experience
Ability to navigate a Windows-based environment Attention to detail and accuracy Organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team
Should be good in Verbal and Written English skills
Should be willing to work in continuous Night Shifts (5.30 pm – 2.30 am)
