Education : B.Com – Commerce

Location : Gurgaon

Job Description :
Successfully meeting/ completing training milestones as per the formulated plan.
Completing all training requirements to meet the SLA’s successfully.
Developing multi skilling abilities.
Processing standard technical/ functional tasks with minimal supervision.
Developing and maintaining technical/ functional experience within role in order to sufficiently perform regular tasks efficiently and effectively.
Performing quality checks as and when required.
Seeking technical/ functional assistance from Advanced and Senior Team Members when required.
Responsiveness to feedback provided by Trainers/ Management
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all team members.
Maintaining a professional approach to work at all times, providing prompt and appropriate responses at all levels.
Following company rules and standard operating procedures.
Adhering to all Security Policies and Procedures
Promoting a positive and professional image of the team and the company at all times
