Job Description : To recieve inbound calls
As and when required make outbound call
Ensure one time call resolution
Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process
Document the calls to ensure all information is captured
Attend briefings, trainings/refresher sessions and meetings as required
Should be able to work in rotational night shifts and on weekends
Desired : Good communication skills, good customer care exp, candidates from collections background will be preffered
