Job Location:Noida

Job Description :
Make outbound calls to customers and check details about the business as per information with us. (Market Research)
Take inbound calls from customers asking about billing information. (telecom)
Inbound / Outbound calls regarding Medical Insurance.

Desired :
Experience of an International Call centre with at least 6 months in a calling profile.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with Clients and their customers.
Good aptitude and English comprehension and writing skills.
Open to working in UK, rotational shifts.
Education – Graduate in any stream.
Experience – 6 months in an International calling role or fresher with excellent communication
Good customer interfacing skills / Pleasant conversationalist / Clear pronunciation and correct grammar.
