Experience : 0 – 2 Years 

Job Description : To handle candidates’ queries through phone
To educate prospective clients about portfolio of services
To record data of callers in pre-defined formats for analysis
To generate periodic reports for analysis
To liaise with internal teams for addressing special queries 

Desired : Excellent communication skills with prior experience in an international call center.
Proficient in MS Office.
Candidates residing in Gurgaon would be prefered.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
