Job Description : Follow-up with the TolMol customers, partners and users to collect the feedback
Attend general/ business inquiry calls for TolMol. Read and send replies to TolMol Customers and users on customer support email accounts. Ownership & full responsibility of the customer emails and reply queries
Fix-up meetings for the Business Team and help HR in scheduling interviews
On-line marketing for TolMol (Online marketing through blogs about TolMol on different blogging sites, inter-site online marketing of TolMol)
Take complete charge of Front Office (Attend visitors and their queries, keep record of In and Outs of employees)

Desired : Confident with good communication skills
Good verbal and written English
Sound Internet Knowledge
Team player & ability to handle multiple assignments
