Job Description:  Handle inbound calls from All customers who call in for service
Account Ensure single contact resolution on calls and targeted customer satisfaction scores.
Develop and maintain positive customer relations.
Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.
