1. Sourcing Candiates – Sourcing through different job portals, reference building.
2. Telephonic Screening – Conducting telephonic interviews of the candidates.
3. Shortlisting candidates – Matching candidate’s profile with the client hiring pattern and then shortlisting candidates accordingly.
4. Briefing Candidates – Conducting one on one client briefing session with every candidate.
5. Team Work – Working in a team to achieve the set work targets.
