Job Title : C/C++ Developer 

Experience : 1 – 3 Years 

Education : B.Sc, B.Tech/B.E. ,BCA , M.Tech ,MCA

Desired : Able to understand requirements (both business designs and technical designs) clearly and provide effective solutions both on the technology (C/C++/Java)
Should be able to own up new initiatives on the technical front 
1.5 – 3 years of hands-on experience as a programmer in C/C++/Java & COBOL
Excellent logical & analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills
Client Interfacing skills.
Should be a good team player
Ability to work under pressure and ability to learn and research are pre-requisites.
