Job description : The role of a Business Operations Associate is to take ownership of operating business analytic processes to create client deliverables. In close collaboration with a team, Business Operations Associates:
Understand the clients’ business issues, operating business rules, data, and processes.
Operate and enhance analytic-driven processes for clients on a periodic basis, including synthesizing the data, performing necessary quality checks, and creating deliverables.
Interact with internal or client teams to resolve any issues with process inputs.
Respond to ad hoc requests from the clients relating to the deliverables.

Desired : Engineering graduates with consistent and high grade academic records with 0 to 2 years of experience post graduation.
Consulting mindset: critical thinking, good at problem solving, and business orientation.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in oral and written form.
Ability to work within a virtual (off-shore) team environment and contribute to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects.
Willingness to travel to the US as and when project needs require.
