Job Description : Candidate will be responsible for:-
Configuration management:-
Commissioning of New BSC’s & Transcoders
Configuration of BSC at OMC-R.
Integration of SS7 links between BSC and MSC.
Integration & Commissioning of PCU to provide GPRS Service
Carrying out ATP Test for New BSCs,XCDRs, and PCUs.
Software Management, which includes Audit, uploading and downloading of BSC DB, uploading of BSC log file etc.
Fault management:-
Network Performance Analysis of BSCs, BTS sites &
Alarm handling, testing the object.
Event logging management.
Specific fault identification & troubleshooting.
Performance management:-
Preparation and Analysis of daily OMC-R report.
Monitoring the trend of the KPIs-Call Setup Success Rate, TCH Setup Success Rate.Hand over Success Rate, Drop Call Rate, SDCCH Drop Rate, SDCCH Congestion, TCH Congestion, TCH Drop Rate, TCH/SDCCH Blocking etc.
Desired : Candidate should be B.E/B.Tech with 0-3 yrs of experience in handling OMCR profile of only GSM operator.
Skills: Strong programming skills with knowledge of C++, Java & SQL will be an added advantage.
