Experience: 0 – 3 Years

Education: B.Tech/B.E. – Electrical, Mechanical

Job Description :

• Provide all technical services to customer relating to commissioning, installation, testing, operation, and maintenance of product
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product closely, and initiate measures accordingly to ensure effective maintenance and product performance at minimal cost to company
• Service and maintain good condition of product, and replace/upgrade components when necessary
• Respond to customer complaints and requests for maintenance, upgrades etc. in a timely and effective manner
• Conduct analysis and follow up of customer complaints regarding quality, tolerances, specifications, and delivered condition of product
• Create alternative solutions to recurring problems
• Maintain and submit accurate and timely report to facilitate issue resolution
• Develop, maintain and improve customer relations as well as coordinate all related issues
• Coordinate with Engineering and Production to discuss specifications required by customers

Desired :

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Further those who are having relevant experience in surface mining familiarity and technical expertise in product will be added advantage.
