Job Description :
Responsibility for specific targets and goals for outbound lead activity.
Follow up on sales inquiries from inbound emails and phone calls
Generate leads by cold calling, lead generation activities, networking
Enter each lead into the database for follow-up by applicable business unit or inside rep
Maintain internal contact database
Establish and maintain good customer relations, with both internal and external customers
Market and company research, opportunity identification and gathering sales intelligence
Cold Calling
Meeting daily outbound phone objectives
Call companies across geographies and talk to professionals about their business needs and initiatives.
Identify who the most appropriate decision maker is in the company by speaking with multiple company representatives.
Initiate conversation with the decision maker to introduce IGT’s services, educate the decision maker on value proposition.
Qualify sales-ready lead.

Desired :
Excellent communicator with proven ability to convey complex ideas and data simply and clearly in written, presentation and spoken formats
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and industry terms
Demonstrated skills in successfully positioning and differentiating enterprise products and services
Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine procurement process.
Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
Strong listening and information gathering skills.
Strong telephone skills
Degree in Communications, Marketing and/or Business strongly preferred.
