Job Description :
Prospecting & Qualifying IT clients in US. Making Cold calls and giving sales pitch, and be able to engage prospective clients in some form of communication. Able to maintain sufficient number of clients. Doing Account Management. Able to generate a minimum number of Contractual IT requirements from his existing clients. Communicating with internal and external recruitment sources to service client requirements.

Desired :
Minimum one year Experience in:- US IT staffing working as Account Manager/Sales Manager. Well versed US staffing. Must be overachieving the targets. OR One year experience in Domestic IT recruitment firm in the capacity of a Business Development Executive. OR Working as Sales/Account Manager in Domestic Contractual Staffing Companies. Excellent Communication Skills Pro-Active and Problem Solver Performer throughout his professional and Education Career. We are looking at those candidates who have belief in their capabilities and are aware of the importance of Smart work, Consistency and Rewards Fresher can also apply. Willingness to work in Night Shift.
