Excellent communication skills (Should be capable of speaking to clients over phone/VoIP)
Should be net savvy (surfing the internet, research, data collection, data verification, data entry, mailing, chatting)
Should be willing to work in shifts
Exposure to web based project/work is a plus
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of exp in any voice based/internet marketing/data entry/ internet help desk job.
Good knowledge of word, excel and power point is desired.
