Job Description : Carry out statutory audits of Corporate under Indian GAAP.
Study of relevant accounting system of various clients and improving internal control in accounting areas wherever required.
Drafting and presentation of Auditors’ Report, significant accounting policies and notes to accounts

planning, developing and implementing indirect tax (Excise Duty, Customs Duty, Sales Tax, Service Tax, VAT or Value added Tax etc) strategies to minimize taxes
Research on technical issues and new developments in Indirect tax *Helping multinationals in India, manage the indirect tax consequences of global restructuring, mergers and acquisitions
Benchmarking against industry preferred practice to identify new ways of helping clients to reduce indirect tax costs and capturing permanent cash flow benefits
Supporting and overseeing indirect tax audits strategy and support
Provide indirect tax services to a range of clients working closely with multidisciplinary tax teams
Helping with audits or investigation by the tax authorities 

Desired : Should have cleared CA in less than 3 attempts
Applicants must be working on statutory Audits / internal audit in an Audit firm
Experience of Statutory Audit / Internal audit in either of the following
Manufacturing
Any Audit Firm
