Job Title : Voice & Business Process Associate
Experience : 0 – 3 Years
Job Location : Hyderabad / Secunderabad
Job Description :
Support business process with property tax information procurement
Make outbound calls to the taxing authorities during the calling window
Procure tax information via alternate means during the non-calling window
Research tax information with in-house tools during the non calling window
Engage in learning new business processes and support application
Improve knowledge and capability to enhance career growth
Participate in team meeting to understand priority and business needs
Prepare Daily production and accountability reports
Work 8 hours shifts
Be flexible to shift rotation and timing
Desired :
Undergraduate in any discipline or diploma holder in business, commerce, and/or communication field with relevant experience
0-3 years of work experience, BPO industry experience a plus
Experience with computer and knowledge of MS Office application
Experience with outbound or inbound calling helpful
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good voice diction in English
Attention to details
Self disciplined and organized Flexibility to work shifts
