Experience: 0 – 5 Years

Job Location: Bengaluru/Bangalore

Desired :

  • Graduates (No Backlogs), with or without experience.
  • 12th with 6 months work experience.
  • Excellent command over English and willing to work in shifts.
  • B. E graduates below 55% most welcome for tech support process.
  • Minimum 19 years of age.
  • Candidates need to be flexible with shifts as per a 24/7 working environment.
  • Typing speed – minimum of 15 wpm with 85 accuracy.

Job Description :

  • An inbound CSA deals with a number of incoming calls pertaining to a wide variety of services provided by the clients.
  • The associate provides excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.
