Job Title : Junior Data Analyst/Data Analyst

Experience : 1 – 3 Years

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Description :

• Attend to calls, and accurately document call details
• Use knowledge of medical terminology to collect accurate information from callers
• Delivering accurate document reports
• Meeting timelines

Desired :

• 12 to 36 months experience in international BPO/Call Centers (voice process)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Willing to work in shifts (including night shifts)
