Job Position: Call Centre Executive

Job Duties:

• Assist the onshore Account Managers and Associate Account Managers in the day-to-day operation of their clients paid search programs.
• Produce and deliver scheduled and ad hoc reports
• Basic analysis of data in order to advise on how to best optimize the campaign
• Update and Optimize campaigns
• Perform Quality Assurance of client accounts
• Assist with completing Daily, Weekly and Monthly QA checklists
• Perform any additional tasks as needed by the Account Managers
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed during peak times

Skills Required:

1. Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
2. Should have knowledge of working into MS Excel.
3. Must be willing to work in the shift timings.
4. Only Graduates may apply, Post Graduated need not apply.

Qualification: Graduate
