Job Description :

1. Monitoring calls, assigning the calls to the respective customer support engineer
2. Resolving the problem Remotely throughnet meeting and also telephonic support
3. Preparing daily and monthly reports
4. Follow up with vendors for pending calls and the spare parts required
5. Only male Candidates are considered.

1. Good Communication skills and willing to work in Ghansoli.
