Job Position : Campus Recruitment Coordinator

Experience : 0 – 2 Years

Job Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinating of freshers On campus and Off campus recruitment as per the scheduled calendar
• Visiting different campuses/ colleges for campus recruitment.
• Making necessary arrangements for the campus drive.
• Coordinate with the college campus coordinators for freshers recruitment
• Administering the written test & interview process
• Custodian of written test papers etc
• Tracking of students inflow Vs target colleges under University Marketing.
• Support University marketing initiative, whenever required
• Database maintenance

Required :

• Hands-on experience on campus recruitment and coordination
• Excellent knowledge of Recruitment cycle
• Good communication, presentation skill, interpersonal skill
• Flexible, adaptable, willingness for travel
• Self starter with strong work ethic
• Excellent language skills – spoken and written
