Real estate agencies, Development companies and Property Management organisations offer a variety of job options to these real estate managers to build up their career and prosper eventually. Government aided agencies may also recruit these managers for managing many housing and development projects that includes construction and financial management. They are also preferred by many Insurance companies, Charitable trusts and Institutions to cater to the needs of the owner.

Courses in Real estate management that are offered by many institutions at college levels include Finance and Business Management courses and Law course related to litigations and property rules under various branches and subjects that attracts many students to develop their career in this fast moving business world. Well versed communication skills, business building techniques, computer knowledge and problem solving abilities proves to be an added advantage to any person who want to grow in this career.

A fresh young graduate in real estate management subject can expect a pay package of $30K-$40K per annum in USA and an experienced manager can get upto $150K. However pay structure widely depends on many factors like experience, abilities, education levels, current market and the country you are residing in.
