Job Title : Analyst – Finance 

Experience : 0 – 3 Years 

Education : B.Com – Commerce , CA;ICWA 

Desired : 2+ years experience with a multi-national company with established quality, customer service, and performance management methodologies in place.
Prior Experience in the Costing function with an Organisation in the IT / ITES Industry.
In-depth understanding of the Industry and specialized area of developing internal Cost mechanisms for the various items of cost, developing & implementing the best value based costing strategies & methodologies.
Prior experience in having developed cost reports for various segments of the business / experience in the Costing Function of an Organisation in the ITES Industry.
High level of comprehension, fluency in communication (in English) both written & verbal.
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing work environment.
Demonstrated ability in employee development and training.
Meticulous & thorough in the turn around of work.
