Job Description : 1.Written test consisting of two papers (Objective type) of 1 hour duration each on Subject and General Aptitude respectively.
2. Medical fitness.
Training period & pedagogy:
1. One year training with a substantial period allocated to ‘On the Job Training’ (OJT) in different departments and at Plant. Classroom training at our ‘Zuari Cements’ located at Yerraguntla and Sitapuram (Andhra Pradesh). Specific Projects would be undertaken and completed by the trainee during the OJT. Quarterly performance evaluation as a part of performance management system.
2. Final Interview at the end of 4th quarter.
3. Mentoring forms integral part of training pedagogy.
4. Absorption in the company’s services would be primarily dependent on individual’s performance and availability of vacancy.
Desired : 1.Diploma in Chemical.
2. Should have appearing or have appeared for final examination in year 2008.
3. Candidates who have appeared or would be appearing in year 2008 should have obtained first class (above 60%) marks in the immediate previous examination (both semesters).
4. Candidates should not have failed in any of the semesters nor would have kept terms.
5. Preferably candidates from South India
