Job Title : HR Generalist /Executive

As a systems supplier, we plan and build complete paint shops and final assembly facilities. We also deliver cleaning and filtration systems for the manufacture of engine and transmission components as well as balancing systems and products for the final vehicle assembly.

Education: B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization
MBA/PGDM

Job Description :

• Responsible for talent acquisition right from manpower request to closure
• Maintaining recruitment metrics and data
• Ensure the assessment of short and long-term individual and organisational development needs
• Design, plan  a learning calender and implement specific training and development programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills (e.g. leadership, project management, soft skills, IT and technical knowledge)
• Implement and coordinate consistent, “state of the art” local HR processes that ensure personnel development, employee satisfaction, performance and retention of the best people
• Develop and moderate trainings in certain areas
• Share best practices with global peers
• Play the role of a  consultant for providing Pro-active  HR solutions to achieve business goals
• Familiarity in HR score card and metrics
• Negotiate contracts with training providers, including desired training outcomes, fees and expenses
• Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
• Specific Organisation development initiatives
• Handle end to end pre and post activities for HR function

• Candidates from B-schools only
• Clarity in HR concepts
• Strong analytical and conceptual reasoning and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independely
• Ability to present to both small and large group
• Work exposure in MNC
• Strong knowledge in MS office suits
• Certified in Six sigma green belt prefered
