Desired :
Diploma/Certificate in Language Chinese (Mandarin); · Fluency in verbal communications in Chinese (Mandarin) language.· Fluency in verbal communications in English.
Job Timing – (5:15 PM to 02:45 AM) or (US timing – Subject to change)
 
Job Description :
Handle inbound / outbound Chinese (Mandarin) calls from Customers giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs.
Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers
Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests and written instructions.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike. · Reports & MIS
