Job Description : Should have excellent communication skills
Involves handling inbound Calls and resolving customer queries. Involves updating customers on latest information on a product or service.
Should be comfortable work in all Shifts.
Patient and should have ability to handle any kind of customer queries.
Job primarily involves interacting with UK Customers (Night Shift)
Desired : Education Qualification: Minimum requirement graduate in any field.
BE/BTech without prior experience need not apply.
Freshers(except BE/BTech) can also walk-in directly for interview
Candidates with relevant experience in a voice based International or domestic Call centre will be at an advantage.
Involves working in all shifts.
Ability to multi-task and comfortable working on computers
General awareness and fundamental mathematical abilities
