Job Description: Conduct Pilot study/survey of the required area / property
Survey the society’s area where there are possibilities of redevelopment.
Obtain information pertaining to redevelopment in assigned area Obtain information about residents or any associations/body actively involved or working for the benefit of the residents.
Approach, interact and build contacts with tenants, residents, Estate Agents and Brokers and also with Societies Assist in making feasibility report & prepare offer letter for property /societies
Present to tenants, residents, society’s with company presentation / briefing
Enhance company’s image as universally respected Real Estate Leader.
Tap Business Opportunities of specific locations optimally.
