Must be able to get work out from the skilled / unskilled labours.
Must be conversent with the safety rules at the site
Must have thorough knowledge project Requirements , Site Mapping , Location difficulties , day to day Planning and execution of work.
Planning of the labors schedule for better planning .
Help in procuring permission and adherence to them
Maintain registers of the supervisors and work deputed .
Must be able to conduct work in the absence of both the GM and PM and follow their instructions
Able to handle emergency situation
Must be able to keep dead line of the project .
