Job Title : Quantity surveyor 

Experience : 0 – 3 Years 

Education : B.Tech/B.E. – Civil

Location : Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs, Navi Mumbai 

Job Description :
Candidate should have ability to understand drawings and worked out quantities of RCC Items, Finishing items, infrasturcture items, Knowledge of Rate anaysis of all building items,
Ability to control project cost by analytical skill, budget cost,
Ability to prepare detailed BOQ and estimated costs of building construction activites.
Ability to monitor material wastage, Prepartation of material reconciliation report. Prepartation of cost control report.
 
Desired :
B.E Civil with 1to 3 yrs of experience in the Construction Comapny.
Ability to quantity calculation,
Knowledge of project costing.
Ability to understand drawings and worked out quantites of Rcc items, finishing items,infrastracture items.
Ability to material wastage.
Prepartation of cost control report.
