Job Description : 1. IT staffing and support for U.S Clients in recruitment and Placements.
2. Evalutating candidates based on clients requirement.
2. Service oriented client and vendor relationship management.
3. Effective usage of Job portals/ Job boards for talent hunts and database management.
4. Business relationship
5. Negotiating terms on contract/salary/pay rate etc.
6. Interview schedule/ Pre Screening candidates.
7. Organizing documentation work along with contract agreement with candidates.
8. Effective usage of email/phone/fax

Desired : Candidates willing to work Night Shifts-
IT Recruitment/marketing experience with U.S clients preferred.
Exceptionally good communication skills
Telephone etiquettes with high level of professionalism
Neutral accent/ effective English
Freshers with exceptionally good talent will be considered.
MBA/HR background is a plus.
BPO/International Call Center experience would be beneficial.
