To enable service to the client if they walk in to the Branch – includes courtesy, conversation and skills related to recording the Client needs
To be well versed with the products offered by Bajaj Capital including Focus vs non focus products
To be able to pull out Portfolio reports and other information as required by the existing Client
To be able to use the computer well and hence manage Wealth Maker entries post all verification.
To make Tele Calls when not doing the above and generate Tele Leads

Desired :
a flair to speak on the phone & adaptability to Financial Products
