Job Responsibilities :
- Client servicing & timely feedback : To track and trace the Major Accounts shipment, to keep the customer updated on the shipment if not delivered, co-ordinate with customers for issues related to Shipments and establish good rapport with the Major Account Customers.
- Co-ordination between internal & external customers : Co-ordination with Major Account Customers to ensure all their day to day requirement are met.
- MIS & Reports: Preparing various formalized reports for center management and for Major Account Customers.
- Graduate with 1- 2 years experience in services industry / back-office support
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Process orientation, service orientation
- Excellent Team player with a winning attitude
- Good knowledge of office productivity tools, such as MS Word, Excel, etc.
