Job Description :

1. Recruitment through Referrals & Job portals.
2. Co-ordination and follow-up with Consultancies.
3. Scheduling Walk-In Interviews.
4. Conducting telephonic rounds of interview.
5. Schedule interviews as per convenience of Technical Panel.
6. Selection of candidates through HR Interview.
7. Up gradation of Resume Database.
8. Generating Offers Letters.
9. Offer Documentation.
10. Completing Joining Formalities of new joinees.
11. Ensure complete documentation & submission.
12. Maintaining database of potential candidates on various technologies
