Job Responsibilities :
- Troubleshooting Desktop, Laptop either by taking remote control of PC.
- Configuring Lotus Notes/ Outlook and troubleshooting the issues.
- Creating tickets in Remedy and assigning it
- Checking status of ticket and giving updates
- Replying to French emails, creating tickets , translating mails if necessary.
- Interpretation between users and Technical support
Excellent in French & English
