Job Process Executive – Voice

Experience : 0 Years

Work Location : Chennai

Job Responsibility :
Technical/Non-technical voice support for US customers

Required :

  • 10+2+3yrs of education pattern is mandatory
  • Any Arts and ScienceGraduates with any specialization can only apply
  • 2009/2010 pass outs only
  • 50% consistent academic record from X onwards
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Good analytical and logical ability
  • Ability to serve customers politely at all times

Shift Timing : Night shift

Note :
Candidates with BPO work experience are not eligible for this walk-in

Process of Selection :

  • Written aptitude test
  • HR interview
  • Voice and accent round

    But why cognizant is demanding 60% consistent academic records for its many recruitment programs. In what way 60% is going to help the company.because of this many deserving students/candidates are loosing their chance to glow in this field.
