Job Title : US Technical Recruiter 

Experience : 1 – 2 Years 

Job Description : 1. We are looking to augment our existing recruiting team with strong Technical Recruiters to help fulfill the growing needs.
2. The candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening and closing.
3. The candidate will be responsible for running reference checks within stipulated time.
4. Coordinating with Technical Panel for all technical Interviews and Client Interviews.
5. Identifying the candidate’s knowledge over the skill set required. 

Desired : 1. We are looking for IT Recruiters with 1-2 years of exp in US staffing.
2. Must understand end to end model and identifying right candidates for US requirements.
3. Must be able to work on fulfilling complex requirements in a limited time period.
4. Must be proficient in different sourcing methodologies.
5. 6 months to 1 year of US IT Recruitment.
6. Willing to work in Night shifts.
7. Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
8. Excellent knowledge of Internet based recruiting tools.
9. Strong communication, inter personal skills and ability to work independently.
10. Experience in US recruitment is a must.
