Job Position : Regulatory Reporting, Subsidiary Reporting

Experience : 1 – 4 Years

Qualification : B.Com, CA,ICWA,MBA/PGDM – Finance

Work place : Hyderabad / Secunderabad

Job Responsibilities :

  1. Preparing and producing FSA Regulatory returns and providing management information for reviewing and decision making purposes.
  2. Ensuring that any UBS legal entity carrying on business as a bank in the UK remains compliant with FSA regulations – specifically within the Liquidity Risk, Large Exposure risk and Capital Adequacy regulatory frameworks.
  3. Passing journal entries
  4. Preparation of Ledger and Trial Balance
  5. Finalisation of accounts
  6. Monthly and Quarterly closing of books of accounts
  7. Reconciliation of accounts

Required :

  1. Excellent Communciation skills are MANDATORY.
  2. Expected work timings: UK / APAC shift
  3. Subsidiary Reporting – AR / AP experience NOT ELIGIBLE
