Job Description :
Invoice management:Review invoices for accuracy. Identify issues and report them to the Regional Business Manager. Challenge unjustified charges with the vendors. Input invoices into the cost allocation system.
Order management:Verify that orders have gone through all the stages of the customer’s approval process and process them with the vendors.
Inventory management: Update vendor, contracts, cost and usage information.
Reporting: Produce cost allocation reports from the MDS and Network cost transparency database.
Accrual and Prepaid entry generation: Create and validation accruals and prepayments on a monthly basis, responsible for month end reconciliations.
Analysis: Review entries and reports to ensure accurate monthly expense recognition.
