Job Description : The candidate should have 0-1 years of experience of all types of secretarial and legal work in a closely held company.

The candidate shall be responsible for all secretarial functions pertaining to Group viz. preparation of notice, agenda, minutes of Board and Shareholder Meetings, secretarial compliances, company law compliances, register of charges, register of Directors and Directors Shareholding; Members; Share Transfer; Share Certificate Issue Register: Other Statutory Records. The other job responsibilities would include Filling of all types of Forms under MCA-21; Drafting of replies, agreements, letters etc, Liasioning with Lawyers, ROC, Consultants and other external agencies. 

Desired:  The incumbent should be a qualified Company Secretary.
The candidate should also possess strong drafting/ analytical skills.
Candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficiency is a must.
Candidate having the LL.B. degree would have the added advantage.
