Job Description : Call for Freshers of 2004/ 2005/2006/2007/2008 batches who are willing to make their career in Software Testing. The freshers shall be recruited as Software Test Associate. The Selection is based thru a Written test (in Aptitude & English) and Interviews to be conducted in Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore. The selected candidates shall undergo an intensive training for 5 months at Softsmith before being deployed at Client’s projects. This training is on Self Support basis and the candidate has to pay for this training if offered employment.

Desired : Candidate should be a BE / MCA / Any PostGraduate passed out in the year 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008 respectively and should have an aggregate of 55% in their qualifying degree.
Should be willing to relocate to any city for client based work.
IT Experience not needed.
Probationary period is for one year from the date of joining. Based on the performance candidate shall be confirmed as Software Test Engineers at a higher salary level on completion of one year of probation.
