Job Description :

• Computation of product / factory wise material consumption in quantity & value.
• Analysis of the variances of actual raw / packing  material consumed against standard consumption. Interaction with concerned factory person for the variances & quarterly reporting to the management of the material variances for all formulation units.
• Factory / product wise allocations of overhaeds & their absorption by the product under reference.
• Preparation of cost sheet & annexure to the cost audit report as per the Cost  Accounting Record rules for all formulation factories.
• Interacting with cost auditors for their queries & clarifications.
• On linefiling of  Cost  Audit report to the Government.
• Periodically visitng manufacturing units for collection of costing related data.
• Preparation of contribution statement factory / segment wise for the reporting to the management.
• Interaction with IT department for implementation of Costing ERP at the units.

Desired :
Material cost controlling through Analysis of variance in material quantity & value. Quarterly reporting to the management for decision making & maintenance of cost records for cost audit.\
