Job Description : The candidate should be responsible for all HR functions including recruitment & selectionl, T&D, performance appraisal, induction, OD, welfare activities, employee relations, statutory compliances . knowledge and implication of latest HR Tools. Knowledge of ERP and computer (MS-Office,well vers in Ms-Excel) will be an added advantage.
Desired : The candidate should be MBA / PGDBM (HR) with 2-5 yrs. of relevant experienc in HR department of reputed organisation with exposure of all HR functions including recruitment & selection, T&D, performance appraisal, induction, OD, QCC, welfare activities, employee relations, statutory compliances. knowledge and implecatin of latest HR Tools. Knowledge of ERP and computer (MS-Office) will be an added advantage
