Job Responsibilities :

• To develop and maintain relations with the doctors given to them.
• To make presentations to the expecting couples and convert them into sales.
• To duly inform the clients about the benefit and services of the company.
• To ensure that the clients are followed up and all the calls are given a logical ending.
• To ensure that the information loop with the doctor right from the lead to registration or otherwise is kept intact.
• To ensure that all the details are duly filled in at the time of registration along with the payments.
• To assist the customer care to ensure that all the required documents are sent to the client and the Head Office.
• To ensure that all the requisite records are given to the hospital and the doctor pertaining to a client’s delivery.
• To update the client about the developments post delivery.
• To maintain daily reports and send them before the deadline.
• To adhere to the decorum of the office.

Required :

• Life/Bio science graduate with minimum 6 months experience in direct sales team.
• Proven success in field sales – Stem cell banks, blood banks, pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industries.
• Natural relationship builder with drive and charisma.
