Job Description :
• Acts as a first point of contact for Clients to resolve queries on crystal report requirements, either through email, cases or calls.
• Set up new clients on e-portfolio and create initial crystal admin users based on forms received
• Help with initial creation of report specifications based on requests of new clients, including PCPW Reportsmythe to Payforce crystal migrated clients
• Perform research on issues for report, data and SQL queries. Send a regular status updates to clients
• Resolves escalated client or production issues by researching the root cause of the issue and fixing the issue or working with appropriate resource to fix the issue.
• Works closely with stakeholders (client or internal departments) as a liaison team to ensure that issues are quickly resolved and the agreed turnaround time is maintained.
• Instructing clients on how to access new sample crystal reports, as needed.
• Receiving and processing report specifications for new custom reports and modifications.
• Detects and identifies enhancements and improvements that increase the quality and efficiency the process
Desired :
• 1-3 yrs of experience in a technical (voice) support process
• Good Knowledge in SQL
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work with confidential data
• Basic SQL knowledge and aptitude to learn more.
• Good knowledge of MS office.
• Previous Support experience desired. (Telephone Support)
• Proactive, self-motivated; ability to work in flexible hours
• The candidate is required to adhere and enforce the security policies of the organization
