Job Title : Assistant Company Secretary

Experience : 0 – 2 Years

Education : CS

Location : Mumbai

Job Description :
Maintenance of statutory records (mainly under the Companies Act, 1956.)
Incorporation/ Merger /amalgamation /liquidation
Statutory online filings with RoC.
Handling all Company Law matters as applicable to Pvt Ltd Companies
Coordination with Banks, Statutory Auditor/s, PCS
Compliance related to foreign direct investments & issuance of securities as per FEMA.
Vetting of Draft Annual Reports

Desired :
Fresher or a candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience. Should have cleared all 3 groups.
