Desired :

• Bachelor in Commerce/Pursuing CS Inter
• Should have minimum one year of experience in dealing with Company law matters. However, freshers may be considered based on their level of knowledge.

Job Description :

Preparation and Filing of Statutory Forms under Companies Act,Assisting in redressal of Investors’ Complaints like co-ordination with Registrar etc., Assisting in Maintenance of Statutory Registers, Assisting in Complying with the Provisions of Listing Agreement, SEBI Regulations etc.
